3 new hexes and a (slightly) better group icon, plus the end of the poll

Alright, back in the previous announcement, I ran a poll in the comments on whether or not I should change the group's announcement formats. Only two people voted, and both were for announcement's being links to blog posts. So that's what I'm going with. I've also given the group a 'better' icon, and the three hexes can be found below:
